1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Complete Intro to Welding website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Course Enrollment and Payment

2.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in the Complete Intro to Welding course is subject to availability. Cohorts are limited in size to ensure quality instruction. By enrolling, you agree to pay the then-current course fee and provide accurate contact and shipping information.

2.2 Payment

Payment must be received in full before course access is granted. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.

2.3 Refund Policy

We offer a full money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the course within the first seven (7) days of enrollment. To request a refund, contact us at contact@completeintrowelder.com. Refunds requested after the seven-day period will not be granted. For the Complete Package with Equipment, all equipment must be returned unused and in original packaging to receive a full refund.

3. Equipment Package Options

3.1 Complete Package with Equipment

Students who purchase the Complete Package receive professional welding equipment including a multi-process welder (capable of MIG, TIG, and stick welding), complete safety gear (auto-darkening helmet, welding jacket, gloves, and accessories), and all consumables (welding wire, electrodes, disposable shielding gas bottles, and practice metal). All equipment becomes the student's property upon delivery.

3.2 Course Only Package

Students who purchase the Course Only package must provide their own welding equipment, safety gear, and consumables. Minimum equipment requirements will be provided upon enrollment. Students are responsible for ensuring their equipment is adequate for the course curriculum.

3.3 Equipment Care and Responsibility

All students are responsible for:

  • Properly maintaining and storing equipment during the course
  • Following all safety guidelines and operating instructions
  • Reporting any equipment malfunction immediately
  • Using equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications

3.4 Equipment Warranty and Support

Equipment included in the Complete Package comes with the manufacturer's standard warranty. We will assist with warranty claims during your enrollment period. After course completion, warranty service is handled directly with the manufacturer.

4. Course Access and Materials

4.1 Access Period

Upon enrollment, you receive 90-day access to all course materials, including video instruction, exercise guides, and online resources. Access expires 90 days from the date of enrollment and is not renewable.

4.2 Instructor Sessions

The course includes a minimum of eight (8) hours of live virtual instruction with a certified welding instructor. Sessions must be scheduled within your 90-day access period. Missed sessions may not be rescheduled if they result from your unavailability.

4.3 Intellectual Property

All course materials, including videos, guides, and instructional content, are protected by copyright and are owned by Complete Intro to Welding. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any course materials without our express written permission.

5. Safety and Workspace Requirements

5.1 Workspace Safety

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring your workspace meets all safety requirements for welding
  • Providing adequate ventilation and fire safety measures
  • Complying with all local laws, regulations, and building codes
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment at all times
  • Following all safety protocols outlined in the course materials

5.2 Assumption of Risk

Welding is an inherently dangerous activity involving high temperatures, electrical equipment, and hazardous materials. By enrolling in this course, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with welding activities. You agree to follow all safety instructions and assume full responsibility for your safety and the safety of others in your workspace.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Complete Intro to Welding, its instructors, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss of profits, or data loss arising from your use of our services or course materials.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the course shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Complete Intro to Welding and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of third parties.

8. Completion Verification and Professional Certification

This course is designed for educational purposes and provides foundational welding knowledge and skills. As a relatively new program, we are currently working to establish a formal certificate system. Upon successful completion, we offer email verification of your enrollment and completion at contact@completeintrowelder.com. This verification is educational in nature and does NOT constitute professional welding certification (such as AWS, ASME, or other industry certifications). Professional certifications must be obtained through accredited certification bodies. You may not represent that this course verification provides professional certification or automatically qualifies you for professional welding positions, though it does provide the foundational knowledge to pursue such certifications.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share your course access credentials with others
  • Record, reproduce, or distribute course materials
  • Use the course for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with the proper operation of the website or course platform
  • Harass, abuse, or harm instructors or other students

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the course immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to access course materials will cease immediately.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the course or website at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms of Service at any time by posting updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of Georgia.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Complete Intro to Welding regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
